Most of my friendship support work at the moment is with adults aged 30 and over, however I can't ignore the overwhelming interest I'm getting from parents such as yourself who are desperately looking for ways to help their struggling teens.
I know that 'Left Out' only goes so far. And I'd like to do more. But putting together a new workshop or course is a huge amount of work - and I'll only do that if there's genuine interest in going further.
So let me know - was the guide enough? If so, you can click away now.
Or do you want more? I'm talking about practical, down to earth, research-backed advice specifically designed to empower you as the parent of a struggling teen or young adult to dramatically increase their chances of making and keeping healthy friendships, both now and in the future. And / or the opportunity to meet other parents grappling with the same issues. If so, let me know by entering your email address below and registering your interest. I'll be in touch to talk about the different ways we could do that (for example, workshops, an online community, small group coaching programmes etc) and also what's affordable.
With warmth and friendship,
Hannah
