All firearm brands are supported on our platform but we may have to order certain brands which we do not stock in our partner stores.
Please provide as much detail as possible in the space provided below.
TAKE 6 is about being flexible!
Please indicate the number of payments you want to make and indicate the number of months you would need your payment plan to run.
Take 6 will calculate the installment of your payment plan by dividing the number of months chosen by the number of payments to be made.
This excludes the deposit payable of 20% of the total value of your invoice.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS - All MUST be accepted
You acknowledge and accept that a SAPS 534 must be signed by you to prevent any administrative issues if you cancel this agreement.
You consent to us contacting you via the email and contact number provided and sharing your information with all parties involved in approving the Take 6 Solutions (Pty) Ltd agreement.
You acknowledge and accept that no Application for Licence to Possess A Firearm (SAPS271) or any form of transfer of ownership will be provided until the completion and confirmation of receipt of your 2nd installment payment.
You acknowledge and accept that the deposit payable is non-refundable.
You acknowledge and accept that the motivations required for your application will be charged at R650 and must be paid together with the 20% deposit.
You acknowledge and accept that any cancellations of your plan and any refunds payable to you will be subject to a 30% handling fee.
You acknowledge and accept that by submitting the form you are bound by the Take 6 terms and conditions listed in this form. This form together with the payment terms listed in your invoice, which is required to be accepted and signed by you, forms the official agreement between yourself and Take 6 Solutions (Pty) Ltd.
You acknowledge and accept that all firearms and accessories remain the property of the dealership concerned until full and final payment has been confirmed by our accounts team.
You acknowledge and accept that Take 6 Solutions (Pty) Ltd and its platform is only available at approved dealerships and all firearms and accessories can only be transferred to another dealership once full and final payment has been confirmed by our accounts team. You acknowledge and accept that this is a private agreement between yourself and Take 6 Solutions (Pty) Ltd and by submitting this form you agree to all terms presented in this form.
You acknowledge and accept that you will be required to sign the invoice which will include the payments terms and amounts payable as selected by you.
Once the invoice and payment terms have been signed and accepted you are required to ensure payments are made on or before the date indicated in your invoice.
You acknowledge and accept that any missed payments will incur penalty charges as indicated in the invoice.
You acknowledge and accept that failure to make payment and failure to rectify your missed payment within 48 hours of receiving notification to do so will entitle Take 6 Solutions (Pty) Ltd to cancel the payment plan at its sole discretion.
You acknowledge and accept that by submitting the form you are bound by the Take 6 terms and conditions listed in this form. This form together with the payment terms listed in your invoice, which is required to be accepted and signed by you, forms the official agreement between yourself and Take 6 Solutions (Pty) Ltd.
You acknowledge and accept that no interest is being charged and all charges are related to services provided by Take 6 Solutions (Pty) Ltd as a wholly own subsidiary of Marksman Arms and Firearms Training a licenced firearms dealership with licence number 2329.
