Here’s how it works:

• This offer is limited to 25 people only, while supplies last.

• Participants must complete a short form, provide their email and mailing address, and agree to respond to a follow-up email with a quick review of their experience.

• Each selected participant will receive a FREE 100% Organic Cotton Millie Pad™, including free shipping within the U.S.

• The free pad is a specific style and size (9” small Organic Cotton Knit) and cannot be exchanged for another product or size.

• Only one pad per person is allowed.

Multiple People in the Same Household:

We understand that more than one person may use reusable pads in a household (for example, a mom and daughter). We welcome multiple submissions from the same household under these conditions:

• Each person must use a unique email address and complete their own form.

• Limit: up to 3 free pads per household, while supplies last.

We reserve the right to decline submissions that appear to be duplicates or do not meet the participation guidelines.
