Overall Objective:

The Predator Camo Field Staff program is all about building a network of passionate outdoor enthusiasts who love our gear and want to share it with the world. By partnering with people who live and breathe the outdoor lifestyle, we aim to:

  1. Amplify Brand Awareness: Get Predator Camo in front of more people through your adventures, stories and connections.
  2. Build a community: Bring together people who love the outdoors and connect them to our brand.
  3. Showcase the Gear: Highlight Predator Camo’s performance in real-world conditions through honest, authentic use.
  4. Gather Feedback: Use your insights to make our products even better.
  5. Drive Growth: Help more people discover why Predator Camo is the best gear in the field. 

What's the deal with being Field Staff?

As a Predator Camo Field Staff member, you’re more than a fan—you’re part of the team. Your role is to help us get the word out about our gear in an authentic way, share your experiences and represent Predator Camo in your community. What we're asking from you: 

1. Show Off the Gear:

          • Wear Predator Camo on your hunts or adventures and share stories with your crew and online. You’re basically the face of the brand in your community.

2. Share Your Experience:

          • Post photos, videos and updates on your social media showing how Predator Camo helps you get it done in the field. Bonus points for tagging us (@predatorcamo) and using hashtags like #PredatorCamo and #OptForPredator.

3. Be the Go-To Guy/Gal:

          • When people ask about your gear (because they will), tell them why you’re hooked on Predator Camo. It’s all about sharing your honest experiences with others.

4. Be a Brand Advocate:

          • Talk about Predator Camo when it makes sense – whether it’s at your local hunting club, during a hunt or with your social network. 

          • Engage with our posts by liking, commenting or sharing. 

5. Stay Connected:

          • Keep in touch with us about what you’re up to. Got an awesome hunt planned or going to a local event? Let us know!

6. Represent the Brand with Respect

          •This one’s simple: represent Predator Camo in a positive way. Be respectful and professional when talking about the brand or interacting with others in the community.

This isn't a full-time job or a sales gig. We're just asking you to share your love for Predator Camo in a way that fits naturally into your lifestyle.
