The Influencer retains ownership of the content but grants Astadaily a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, edit, reproduce, and distribute the content across all digital platforms (including but not limited to websites, social media, paid advertisements, and email marketing) and other promotional channels, whether online or offline. The Influencer also grants permission to use their name, image, voice, and likeness in connection with the content for commercial purposes. The Influencer waives any moral rights to the content to the extent permitted by law. By signing this agreement, the Influencer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
