How It Works:

  • Enter Your Dog: Simply submit the info below. Only 1 dog per household. 🐶 
  • Check Your Inbox: After submitting the form below, you will receive an email that includes additional details and a special surprise. 📬
  • Get a Golfer: After you submit your dog, we’ll randomly assign them a golfer from the 2025 Masters Tournament. 🐶⛳
  • Watch the Leaderboard: We’ll be posting daily updates of the leaderboard from April 10th - April 13th. 📢
  • Prizes: At the end of the tournament, the dog-gone winner whose golfer wins the tournament or scores the best will get some paw-some prizes including Cogs Dogs goodies, dog treats, and more! 🏆
  • Contest Entry Period: April 2nd - April 8th 2025 🚨
